{"id":8808,"date":"2017-10-16T13:33:59","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T11:33:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/firma-del-convenio-la-uce\/"},"modified":"2024-04-02T15:48:25","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T13:48:25","slug":"firma-del-convenio-la-uce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/va\/firma-del-convenio-la-uce\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma del convenio con la UCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy, 16 de octubre, ASELEC\u00a0ha firmado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la UCE,\u00a0<strong>Uni\u00f3 de consumidors de la Comunitat Valenciana<\/strong>, que supone grandes ventajas para\u00a0los asociados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las ventajas son las siguientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.- Informaci\u00f3n a los socios de ASELEC de sus derechos como personas consumidoras (en el \u00e1mbito privado y familiar), excluyendo por tanto los actos y contratos realizados en el \u00e1mbito empresarial o como aut\u00f3nomos o profesionales.<br \/>\n2.- Tramitaci\u00f3n de reclamaciones extrajudiciales como personas consumidoras, bien a trav\u00e9s de la mediaci\u00f3n, arbitraje o dem\u00e1s organismos supervisores.<br \/>\n3.- En el caso de reclamaciones judiciales en materia de consumo, obtendr\u00e1n los mismos beneficios y bonificaciones que los socios de la UNI\u00d3N DE CONSUMIDORES DE VALENCIA (UCV), mediante estudio personalizado y presupuesto previo.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aselec.es\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/aselec.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4073 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aselec.es\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/aselec.jpg\" alt=\"aselec\" width=\"670\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/aselec.jpg 670w, https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/aselec-300x162.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Colaboraci\u00f3n entre UCE y ASELEC:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"aligncenter\">a) Campa\u00f1as de promoci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n de los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios.<br \/>\nb) Estudio y propuesta de mejoras en la atenci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos en sus conflictos como consumidores y usuarios.<br \/>\nc) La realizaci\u00f3n de estudios, el asesoramiento mutuo e intercambios de informaci\u00f3n en cuestiones de competencia de las partes firmantes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aselec.es\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Convenio_Union_Consumidores_ASELEC_servicios.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Consulta en detalle los t\u00e9rminos de este acuerdo aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy, 16 de octubre, ASELEC\u00a0ha firmado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la UCE,\u00a0Uni\u00f3 de consumidors de la Comunitat Valenciana, que supone grandes ventajas para\u00a0los asociados.
