{"id":14542,"date":"2022-08-05T09:56:04","date_gmt":"2022-08-05T07:56:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/?p=14542"},"modified":"2024-04-02T15:46:39","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T13:46:39","slug":"aprovat-el-rd-14-2022-per-a-lestalvi-i-gestio-energetica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aselec.es\/va\/aprovat-el-rd-14-2022-per-a-lestalvi-i-gestio-energetica\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprovat el RD 14\/2022 per a l&#8217;estalvi i gesti\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consell de Ministres, a proposta del Ministeri per a la Transici\u00f3 Ecol\u00f3gica i Repte Demogr\u00e0fic (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Miteco<\/a>), ha aprovat un Reial Decret-Llei amb un Pla de xoc d&#8217;estalvi i gesti\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica en climatitzaci\u00f3, tal com es detalla en el Reglament de Instal\u00b7lacions T\u00e8rmiques en Edificis (RITE). El document, que facilita el compliment dels compromisos europeus derivats del conflicte a Ucra\u00efna, impulsa tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;electrificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;economia, en agilitar les tramitacions de les xarxes i infraestructures i potenciar l&#8217;emmagatzematge i l&#8217;autoconsum.<\/p>\n<p>El Reial decret llei aprovat complementa el RITE, incrementant temporalment les obligacions de gesti\u00f3 i de consum eficient dels immobles de les administracions p\u00fabliques, els establiments comercials, com a grans magatzems o centres comercials; els espais culturals, com a cinemes o centres de congressos; o les infraestructures destinades al transport de persones, com a estacions i aeroports. Segons la normativa, les temperatures de calefacci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3 es limitaran en 19 i 27 graus cent\u00edgrads respectivament, i exhibiran en cartells o pantalles les mesures obligat\u00f2ries d&#8217;estalvi, entre altres addicionals que redu\u00efsquen el consum. Les dos mesures comptaran amb set dies des de la publicaci\u00f3 de la norma per a fer-la efectiva i estar\u00e0 en vigor fins a l&#8217;1 de novembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;enllumenat dels aparadors haur\u00e0 d&#8217;estar apagat des de les 22.00 hores. Aquesta disposici\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;aplicar\u00e0 als edificis p\u00fablics que estiguen desocupats en aqueix moment. Igualment tindran set dies per a complir i ho hauran de fer fins a l&#8217;1 de novembre de 2023. A m\u00e9s, aquells immobles que hagen passat la inspecci\u00f3 d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica abans de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2021 hauran de sotmetre&#8217;s a una revisi\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria abans del 31 de desembre de 2022, de manera que tots els edificis amb un consum de climatitzaci\u00f3 rellevant hagen superat una inspecci\u00f3 en els \u00faltims dos anys.<\/p>\n<h2>Mesures en el sector terciari<\/h2>\n<p>Amb la finalitat d&#8217;ajudar a les empreses, el Miteco ha <a href=\"https:\/\/energia.gob.es\/es-es\/Participacion\/Paginas\/DetalleParticipacionPublica.aspx?k=541\">publicat<\/a> una consulta p\u00fablica a una nova l\u00ednia d&#8217;ajudes per al sector terciari. Amb 100 milions a c\u00e0rrec del Fons Nacional d&#8217;Efici\u00e8ncia Energ\u00e8tica (FNEE), aquest Programa per a la Rehabilitaci\u00f3 Rnerg\u00e8tica en Edificis Existents del sector terciari (PREE terciari) estar\u00e0 vigent fins a desembre de 2024. L&#8217;Institut per a la Diversificaci\u00f3 i Estalvi de l&#8217;Energia (IDAE), organisme adscrit al Miteco i gestor del FNEE, ser\u00e0 l&#8217;encarregat de coordinar les ajudes, que s&#8217;entreguen en forma de concessi\u00f3 directa a les comunitats i ciutats aut\u00f2nomes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest programa subvencionar\u00e0 les actuacions que aconseguisquen una reducci\u00f3 del consum d&#8217;energia final d&#8217;un 10% i complisquen amb una o diverses tipologies estipulades, com a implementaci\u00f3 de sistemes d&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 i control, millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de les instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com substituci\u00f3 dels aparells de refrigeraci\u00f3 per uns altres d&#8217;alta efici\u00e8ncia amb etiquetatge energ\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es tindr\u00e0 en compte la millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de l&#8217;envolupant t\u00e8rmica, la millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i \u00fas de renovables en instal\u00b7lacions t\u00e8rmiques de calefacci\u00f3, refrigeraci\u00f3, ventilaci\u00f3 i aigua calenta sanit\u00e0ria; les millores en l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de les instal\u00b7lacions frigor\u00edfiques, i la millora de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica de la climatitzaci\u00f3 dels centres de procesament de dades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pots accedir a tot el contingut del RD <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2022\/08\/02\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2022-12925.pdf\">ac\u00ed<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consell de Ministres, a proposta del Ministeri per a la Transici\u00f3 Ecol\u00f3gica i Repte Demogr\u00e0fic (Miteco), ha aprovat un Reial Decret-Llei amb un Pla de xoc d&#8217;estalvi i gesti\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica en climatitzaci\u00f3, tal com es detalla en el Reglament de Instal\u00b7lacions T\u00e8rmiques en Edificis (RITE).
